Title: Disable secret way to give yourself feedback

I figured out that you can put an item for sale for 0.001btc (in 1000ths) and when you pay as another user it is 0.00 (in 100ths) it is free (0 BTC to SR also). Please put an end to this so we can flood out the scammers using it for fake feedback.
